We use rigorous recruitment techniques to screen and select exceptional people who demonstrate knowledge, experience, and compassion. National criminal record checks as well as educational, personal, and professional references checks are mandatory for each selected person. Once hired, our Home Care Assistants are bonded, insured, and covered by Workers’ Compensation.
We treat them as part of the family and we endeavor to recognize, reward and retain the best performers. We provide our Home Care Assistant training and education to maintain current knowledge and practice.
